My two year granddaughter has an enlarged tongue.
When I hold my ear close to her mouth I can understand exactly what she is saying, she speaks very clear; I can hardly hear her.
I am wondering if her enlarged tongue is preventing her voice from becoming louder?
Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunately I am unable to comment on your grandaughter’s quiet voice. This is a question best asked of a medical professional, such as an Ear Nose and Throat specialist (ENT).
